1. SPONSOR
This giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by ACE Income Group LLC ("Sponsor"), [MAILING ADDRESS — add 7/15].

2. ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and the immediate family and household members of the Sponsor are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins Saturday, August 1, 2026, at 9:00 AM Pacific Time and ends Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the "Giveaway Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway.

4. HOW TO ENTER
Complete and submit the official entry form on the Giveaway page at www.mamaplants.com/pages/giveaway. Limit one entry per person and per email address. Duplicate entries will be removed. No purchase is necessary. Following Mama Plants on social media is appreciated but is not required and does not affect your chances of winning.

5. PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive a Mama Plants digital gift card valued at forty U.S. dollars ($40). Approximate Retail Value: $40. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is offered, except where cash redemption is required by applicable law. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. At least one (1) alternate will also be drawn. The drawing will take place on or about August 19, 2026. The winner will be notified by email at the address provided on the entry form within three (3) days of the drawing and must respond to claim the prize within seventy-two (72) hours of notification. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate.

7. TAXES
The winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the prize, if any.

8. PUBLICITY
By accepting the prize, the winner consents to Sponsor's use of their first name and last initial in connection with announcing the winner, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor will obtain the winner's consent before publishing.

9. PRIVACY
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at www.mamaplants.com/policies/privacy-policy. Entry information is used to administer the Giveaway and, only where the entrant has separately opted in, to send marketing emails. Marketing consent is optional and is not required to enter.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is fraudulent, automated, or otherwise obtained through unauthorized means. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control compromises its integrity or proper functioning.

11. RELEASE
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, or TikTok. By entering, participants release these platforms from any and all liability relating to this Giveaway.
